Welcome! I am delighted to have you as a client. I strive to make our collaboration enjoyable and rewarding. Please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking an appointment at Paula_Beautyroom constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Please read the contraindications to the treatment before booking an appointment.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required when booking a manicure. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of the nail treatment.
4. I reserve the right to refuse a manicure if I notice any contraindications (e.g., bacterial infection, onycholysis).
5. I maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the sterilization and disinfection of tools and surfaces before each styling. Clients are expected to comply with these guidelines.
6. I value your time and appreciate punctuality.
7. If you will be late, please notify me in advance via phone, Instagram, or Facebook.
8. If you are excessively late, and I cannot complete the agreed manicure within the remaining time, I may reschedule your appointment.
9. If your lateness prevents the completion of 100% of the agreed manicure stages, we may either reschedule or opt for a shorter, less expensive service.
10. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
11. If you desire intricate nail art, please inform me ahead of time as it requires additional preparation.
12. Please do not request a different manicure style than the one you have booked. Different methods require varying amounts of time and preparation.
13. Clients with visible cold or viral symptoms will not be accepted. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to ensure the health and safety of all clients.
14. I perform all services with the highest care and professionalism. If a client questions my methods, I reserve the right to refuse service.
15. Complaints must be made within 5 days of the service. This does not include mechanical damage caused by the client (e.g., breakage, cutting, bumping). After 5 days, no complaints will be accepted.
16. I am committed to protecting the privacy of my clients and adhere to data protection regulations.
17. I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
